Staff friendliness and helpfulness was first class, location, range of food & beverage, free parking and value for money - we enjoyed our stay
No heating on at night time so we froze all night!! Complained in the morning and was told they turn the heating off at night at this time of year! Its a hotel however and people pay to stay there at night so they should have the choice of having the heating on if they so wish, also the hairdryer didnt work and the drainage from the shower was pretty much non-existant. Having said this I would definately stay again as these issues are things can be simply resolved

Evening meal was very good.
Fusty smell in hotel bedroom and hallway. No blind in bathroom which is overlooking houses. Had to wait hour and half on evening meal, also had problem at breakfast, had to wait for table to be set up, other tables were not being cleared away, service very poor, breakfast was adaquate, wouldn'nt stay again.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend jaunt
Luxurious room, fabulous spa, with fine decor and really good service. The outdoor bathtub was a lovely touch, and the proximity to the airport made travel very convenient.
Everything was ideal.

Location to both Belfast and the airport, There was a homely atmosphere in the hotel, rooms were excellent.
Room was too hot and little control of heating. In the Raffles restr the service was very slow although there were a lot of people present. Breakfast was average, The soda bread from the Ulster fry appeared to be deep fried as was everything else on the plate.

All in all everything was perfect, had an enjoyable stay as last nights. We ate in the lovely restaurant with an excellent menu which was reasonably priced. Location - it was good and stunning, a motorway was near the hotel.
Some people working there were very rude.

The kids had a blast at the pool, the highlight of our trip. We loved the cozy atmosphere in our Comfy room, and the staff was friendly with the little ones, always ready to help.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options.

had a bit of trouble with noise from other guests and the shower could've been better with water pressure.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and at first I thought it was a strange hotel - the dining room was like a murder mystery setting and when we went to our room it was like we were in a ski cabin with all the wood! Apart from the hotel needing a bit of an update we had an excellant time. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and the food in the restaurant and the breakfast were delicious! We didnt expect much for £50 b&b for the two of us but we really enjoyed our stay and would definately go back again.
Some of the chairs and carpets need to be replaced, they are on their last leg!

Comfortable room, good service and excellent food.
It was very quiet in the bar where we hoped to enjoy a drink after dinner. There were only two other couples in the bar and no atmosphere. Expected a bit of a buzz on a Friday night and was disappointed on that score as it was a rare night away for us.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fair.
Hotel is seriously outdated and needs an overhaul. Bedroom was cold and drafty. Bed was uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
